Both virtual (digitally designed) and handmade posters are welcome. However, only hard copies (printed versions) will be accepted for display. No soft copies or digital display will be allowed.

Participants must bring their own printed posters. Judges will assess based on creativity, clarity, content, and presentation.

General Rules – Poster Exhibition

  • Participants must carry a valid college ID card.
  • Participation can be individual or in teams of up to 2 members.
  • Posters must be based on a technical/scientific topic relevant to the theme of the exhibition.
  • Posters should be in A2 or A1 size and must be printed or neatly hand-drawn.
  • Each team must explain their poster to the judges during evaluation.
  • Use of offensive, plagiarized, or unrelated content will lead to disqualification.
  • All content on the poster must be original and properly cited where applicable.
  • Participants must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start for setup.
  • Judges' decisions will be final and binding in all respects.
  • Best posters will be selected based on creativity, clarity, content, and presentation skills.
