To ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for all participants, organizers, volunteers, and attendees, we expect everyone involved in ByteFest 2025 to adhere to the following code of conduct:
Treat all participants with respect, regardless of their background, identity, or experience level. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated.
Encourage open collaboration and constructive feedback. Maintain a positive and supportive environment that fosters learning and creativity.
Harassment, intimidation, or unwanted attention of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, or any other personal characteristic.
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this code of conduct, please report it immediately to the ByteFest organizing committee via email at bytefest007@gmail.com or contact a volunteer or staff member in person.
Anyone found violating this code of conduct may be removed from the event without refund or further access. The organizers reserve the right to take any necessary action to maintain a safe environment.
We strive to make ByteFest accessible to all. Please notify the organizers in advance of any special accommodations you may require.
Participants are responsible for their own belongings and conduct. Respect the venue, equipment, and the community.
